We are looking for an experienced Deputy Head of Events and Catering to lead and manage the operational objectives, financial budgets, and day to day management of Internal Events including Presidential Events and the delivery of External Conference and Events Services for a prestigious University.

To set objectives for and ensuring success of the planning and delivery of a compelling suite of events and catering services to all users of the university’s facilities and services - mainly students, staff, and visitors. Key focuses will be on understanding audience needs for events services, using communications techniques to enrich the experience of the community and external users, as well as increasing engagement and use of services.

To support the Head of Catering and Events in delivering strategic objectives that includes the planning and high execution of internal Events and ensuring services are delivered within budget.

Acting as the key lead on assigned special Catering and Events projects at all sites and responsible for the development and delivery of communications and marketing plans, policies and procedures that support the services and to deliver wider strategic objectives.

**Salary**: £64,000.00-£76,000.00 per year
