We are recruiting for an experienced Theatre Practitioner specialising in Recovery to join our teams. Working with a wide variety of specialisms you will be able to develop your clinical skills in modern and supportive environments.

Our client operates a network of 38 private hospitals and ten clinics across the UK. You will be working for the second largest provider of private healthcare in the United Kingdom.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- A Recovery Practitioner will assess patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patient’s needs in an extremely busy department
- Prepping the recovery bays and of course, looking after patients after their surgery
- Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information
- Promote best practice in health and safety and security

**Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) or an Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) who is NMC or HCPC registered and who are used to working in teams with minimum supervision with previous experience within recovery. Competence across a range of skills,supported by professionals and clinical knowledge acquired through state recognition and additional training is also desirable.

As a Recovery Practitioner, there are plentiful shifts to suit your needs. Monday to Sunday, 7 days a week, including day shifts (08.30-20.00) and night shifts (20.00-08.30) With a high volume of shifts available, we are able to match as per your desiredrota.
