This is an exciting opportunity to join Sanctuary Personnel Ltd as an Assertive Outreach Nurse in Hull on a full-time basis.

The salary for this permanent position is £36,635 per annum, making it an attractive option for experienced nurses looking to take their career to the next level.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Using your nursing expertise to carry out comprehensive assessments for vulnerable individuals
  • Developing tailored recovery plans to meet the unique needs of service users
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and promote positive health outcomes
  • Acting as an advocate for individuals experiencing homelessness, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care
  • Contribute to the development of CGL Naloxone Strategy by training staff and individuals in the safe administration of naloxone

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • NMC registration
  • UK nursing experience
  • First-level registered nurse with recent relevant post-qualification experience and a current PIN
  • Relevant recent experience of working within drug and alcohol treatment (desirable but not essential)
  • Sound and demonstrable knowledge of harm reduction and health promotion interventions
  • Ability to assess and recovery plan service users and formulate written reports, as necessary
