You will be a key member of our team providing an excellent after-care service to our customers. Experience within the solar industry would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.

The Role:

- Review & resolve any issues to a successful conclusion
- Liaise with different departments
- Update our CRM system with call history
- Help to manage our customer referral scheme
- General office & admin duties

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years previous experience working within a customer service role
- Experience within Solar PV industry would be an advantage
- Confident telephone manner and excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work on own initiative to a high standard in a small team
- Excellent written communication and numeracy skills
- Ability to work accurately meeting tight deadlines
- Interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation skills

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding and modern business who recognise achievement and will invest time in your training and professional development. A competitive salary of between £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience, is offered along with 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), bonus scheme, flexible working and other benefits.
