We are now recruiting for a Customer Engagement Executive.

The purpose of this department / team is to ensure customers are kept up to date with Focus Group's product portfolio and upselling new features and additional services, tailored to each client. The team are responsible for maintaining relationships withcustomers and are their day-to-day contact for adding services to their account.

Main duties of this role are:

- Maintain and adapt product knowledge
- Cross sell different products to the existing customer base
- Understand the sales process from start to finish
- Sell upgrades to existing customers
- Create opportunities through lead generation for surrounding teams covering all product offerings
