As our Junior Marketing Executive, you’ll manage various customer social media accounts and support with each of your customers marketing objectives and requirements across organic social media and paid social.


You will have excellent face-to-face, verbal and written communication skills and possess the ability to communicate to our clients. Excellent attention to detail is also a crucial element of the role, an element which demonstrates our high level of expertise in the industry.


As an integral part of the business, you will possess a genuine passion for what you do. It is important that the right person is happy to get involved with every aspect of our operations and is prepared to get ‘stuck in’ across all aspects of marketing. A can-do attitude is a must for us and we all strive to take the ‘nothing is impossible’ approach.


This role is perfect for someone starting a marketing career with a passion for social media and an interest in the automotive industry.


Key Responsibilities of the Role:


Social Media Management


  • Create and post engaging content for car dealerships' social media channels using tools like Canva and Photoshop
  • Schedule content using social media management tools
  • Manage social media calendars for multiple clients
  • Plan quarterly social media content
  • Report back to client using Google Analytics data


Facebook Advertising


  • Assist in managing Facebook ad campaigns for car dealerships
  • Learn to create and target audiences on Facebook Ads Manager
  • Monitor ad performance and report on results
  • Help update ad designs on a regular basis


Content Writing


  • Develop your skills in writing compelling social media posts for the automotive industry
  • Learn to craft engaging captions that drive engagement and interest in our clients' vehicles and services
  • Learn how to start writing blog articles for customers
  • Assist in creating content for dealership websites and other marketing materials


As a junior member of the team you will have full training across social media, analytics and reporting, seo and video marketing.


Essential Skills Required:


  • Someone with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • You ooze creativity
  • Confident in communicating with clients in person, phone or video
  • An individual who can manage their time effectively
  • A passionate beginner in social media marketing with a desire to learn and grow
  • Creativity and an eye for visually appealing content
  • Strong organisational skills
  • An understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram
  • Willingness to learn about Facebook Ads Manager and content creation tools
  • Full UK driving licence
  • We require somebody to based 1hour from our office in Sussex


Desirable Skills:


  • A passion for the automotive industry
  • Understanding of social media advert creation
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics
  • Basic understanding of SEO and how it works
  • Knowledge of using Photoshop and Indesign and other Adobe programmes
  • Someone who has written articles before, but not essential


Job Type: Full-time hours, Monday to Friday

Salary: £20k - £24k depending on experience
