To ensure that where a risk is suspected or identified that calls are immediately transferred to the Consultant Social Workers.

To flag issues of non-delivery of information gathering and sharing within timescale evidencing attempts to gain this data.

To assimilate all relevant Liquid Logic data to inform decision making.

To draft a summary of information gathered for each case where information has been requested for the Consultant Social Worker or Team Manager to support decision making.

To co-ordinate incoming information requests from and raise the appropriate Liquid Logic Contact.

Responsible for ensuring data quality and as such the integrity of management information through the proper use and safekeeping of data and record systems both manual and computerised.

Responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people.

Any other duties appropriate to the post.

**Skills**

Relevant Experience based on skills and tasks outlined in job description. This is a predominately telephony based role, so customer service knowledge and confidence is crucial.
