About the Role

We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced People Advisors to join our People Advisory team within the Directorate of People, Culture and Wellbeing at the University of Bradford.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive employee relations guidance on a daily basis to managers across our Faculties and Directorates.
  • Provide high-quality and consistent advice, and coaching on people matters, including engagement, employee relations, and well-being.
  • Build excellent and effective working partnerships with senior managers and staff to deliver innovative and creative people solutions and change management processes.
  • Develop and implement People Policies, manage employment-related casework, including disciplinary and grievance processes, and deliver a customer-focused people advisor service.
  • Conduct job evaluation and deliver internal training sessions and 'on the job' training to individuals and groups relating to our People Policies.
