Internal Communications Manager

A global, industry leading Digital Services business is seeking a Internal Communications Manager to join their ever-growing team in London on a permanent basis. You would be joining a diverse and expanding team working with wider functions of the businessto enable and effectively deliver key internal communications across EMEA regions with a high standard of accuracy.

Working alongside the Senior Manager - Internal Communications, you will be responsible for executing strategic communications across the business, wider business and Operating Companies all in line with business strategy.

**The Role**
- Maintain and support the development of the business's established platforms of digital and face-to-face channels to effectively communicate with business employees
- Liaise with Operating Companies across the EMEA region as well as gaining a deep knowledge of internal communications activity
- Track and monitor how content is created by the business's Operating Companies, whether this be through Intranet, newsletters or Blogs.
- Build, maintain and develop supplier relationships to continuously produce quality content that can be distributed internally across a variety of business areas

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in developing high quality written communications, taking strategic and targeted approaches to achieve business goals
- Ability to effectively communicate business strategies and complex messages into understandable and digestible pieces of information across the EMEAA regions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Able to prioritise workloads depending on circumstances and the ability to assess opportunities for growth for the business through internal communications channels
