Head of Counterparty Credit Risk Transformation

As the Head of Counterparty Credit Risk Transformation you will responsible for leading and managing large scale complex global strategic change programmes and business transformations with the delivery partners. You will also lead a number of programmes which aim to meet an overarching strategy for a given region or business function.

The Traded and Treasury Risk and Analytics (TTRA) Transformation team supports the change portfolio and the delivery of change programs for the Traded, Treasury and GRA function. The Risk function and Traded Risk are going through a significant transformation programme, our aim is to have an industry leading IT and business infrastructure. You will play a key in the execution of this strategy and you will be empowered to make a difference.

In this role, you will:

- To deliver the required business outcomes you will manage and lead prioritization for a large team of IT, Risk analytics, and risk transformation resources.
- Manage critical components of the Bank’s architecture and of the Traded Risk book of work. Develop long and short term plans for the most significant global transformations in accordance with the Transformation strategy and lead its implementation
- Interface with key business and Risk leaders to obtain buy-in to drive value in strategic initiatives.
- Support regional leadership in managing and leading change in region / country through deployment of priority programmes and provide inputs in strategic change planning
- Define the shape and structure in developing the programme plan review and refine resource requirements and engage with stakeholders to create buy-in for the plan

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

- Strong understanding of Traded, Treasury, Capital risk management change priorities
- Understanding of derivatives, XVAs and collateral risk management.
- Knowledge of Traded Risk Management, MSS business and related products
- Understanding of markets and treasury risk practices
- Ability to converse on technical aspects of the risk measurement approach applicable to this area
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and achieve cross functional agreements of risk deliverables;
