**Job description**:
**Job Summary**
Here at SFC we are undertaking an exciting and ambitious programme of organisational transformation spanning culture and values, organisational design, process improvement, digital modernisation and more.
This is a new role within our small HR team to support this transformation programme with a focus on the attraction, recruitment and selection of people resources and the management of organisational change. **Key Responsibilities**
Lead and coordinate all aspects of attraction, recruitment and selection for SFC, working in close partnership with team members from across HR and other key internal stakeholders. This will include:- Reviewing current recruitment procedures and working practices, including onboarding, to ensure best practice, make recommendations and lead on implementation.
- Embedding a new digital recruitment system, providing effective training and guidance for managers and employees and ensuring procedures and working practices are aligned with the system.
- Providing expert guidance, advice, coaching and training to hiring managers to build recruitment capacity, capability and knowledge, to ensure that role profiles, advertising campaigns, assessment methods, interviews and all aspects of resourcing are relevant, fit for purpose, cost effective, follow best practice and embrace diversity.
- Leading on the effective and timely delivery of the organisation’s recruitment priorities in line with resource decisions made by the Senior Leadership Group.
- Support SFC’s workforce planning. This includes (with HR senior management) working with our finance team to develop and facilitate long-term workforce planning at Senior Leadership Group level, ensuring those plans and aspirations are accurately reflected in regular reporting to Senior Management Team, and work with colleagues in HR and senior management to facilitate change.
- Manage the Governance process for resource decision-making through the Senior Leadership Group, including follow-up action.
- Ensure that Equality, Net Zero, Diversity & Inclusion, including the Civil Service Recruitment Principles, is built in by design to all recruitment processes, policies, tools, and technologies.

- Extensive experience of leading and coordinating recruitment campaigns and the development of resourcing strategies, ideally in a public sector environment.
- A proven track record in improving recruitment capability within an organisation, including creating or updating people policies, processes and procedures and tools.
- Experience of facilitating effective workforce planning and ideally the implementation of organisational change.
- Highly-developed communication skills including clearly articulating
