About the Role

RSM's Talent Acquisition Department is a key part of the firm's national operations, responsible for coordinating, managing, and strategically directing the business's recruitment across Early Careers and Experienced & Executive hiring. We pride ourselves on delivering an efficient and high-quality recruitment experience for all parties – applicants, hiring managers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, and deliver Early Careers programmes, which form an integral part of our attraction and pipeline strategy.
  • Work closely with the National Early Careers Manager, Early Careers Talent Development, and Service Line representatives to deliver the Talent Acquisition strategy in line with our 'grow your own' strategy and diversity agenda.
  • Coordinate work shadowing and internship programmes at RSM, creating consistent recruitment processes for intern and work experience levels.
  • Take the lead in refining our internship offering as a national programme with service line-specific elements within our offices.
  • Work with the early careers talent development team to refine the induction and offboarding process for these programmes.
  • Maintain a focus on diversity and inclusion within these programmes, especially for work shadowing and utilising RSM's partnership with Access Accountancy.
  • Work with the talent acquisition operations team to ensure data-driven analysis to understand the return on investment from these programmes.
  • Oversee and manage pipelines to these opportunities through our applicant tracking system.
  • Work with our People Operations and Early Careers Pre-boarding teams to ensure a smooth transition post-offer and into the business.
  • Work with the 10,000 Black Interns' initiative to incorporate this programme into the wider internship offering.
  • Closely work with our internal brand and comms team to ensure a consistent and quality marketing approach.
  • Ensure delivery against D&I targets and support initiatives to attract a diverse talent pool.
  • Act as the champion for trainee experience, ensuring RSM delivers an exceptional experience.
  • Be an RSM brand ambassador, helping to build a robust attraction and outreach strategy to connect and engage the talent.
  • Ad-hoc projects as required.

About RSM

RSM is an established but creative team at an exciting part of the journey, working on a hybrid basis and reaping the rewards of being at home and in the office on a weekly basis. While not an entirely remote position, this role affords good agile and flexible working.

Requirements

  • Confidence – you must be comfortable dealing with both senior stakeholders and entry-level candidates.
  • A good knowledge of all Microsoft packages is required.
  • Candidates are advised that this role requires some national travel from time to time.
