Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our delivery team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for sourcing and managing candidates, providing lead generation to our 360 team, and working closely with our clients to understand their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates through various methods, including headhunting and CRM usage
  • Learning and understanding compliance and right-to-work processes
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and understanding umbrella solutions
  • Setting up contractors and providing market presentations to management
  • Meeting promotion criteria, including achieving 1 deal per month for 3 consecutive months

Promotion Criteria

To be considered for promotion, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Able to perform tasks independently with autonomy and confidence
  • Readiness to take on more senior responsibilities, including those of a Senior Delivery Consultant
  • Ability to detect market intel and generate leads from candidates
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Investment Funds market
  • Track well against annual targets
