An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly competent and motivated **People Advisor **to join our team, working alongside the Business Partners and Advisors.

We are looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.

**The role**

You will have a proven track record of providing Human Resources (HR) generalist advice, support and guidance in a fast paced environment, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.

You will be responsible for a full range of HR activity with a significant focus on employee relations, as well as supporting us in delivering our exciting People Strategy.

**What skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Be CIPD qualified to at least Level 5 or equivalent experience
- Be an experienced HR generalist with sound up to date knowledge of UK Employment Law
- Have extensive experience in advising a range of stakeholders in a variety of employee relation matters.
- Have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages and experience of using HR systems
- Have excellent written and verbal skills, with an ability to prioritise workloads
