**Role Overview**:
To support the Optima team with general administrative duties with the objective of producing good quality administration and good quality record keeping.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Auditing training certificates and uploading into ELFY
- Sourcing and making hotel bookings at the request of the SMT
- Maintaining a permissions log for use pf photographs - for capacitous adults
- Prepare and send out a monthly team briefing
- Updating the Care Directory
- Enter 360 audit actions into SIPs
- Update the weekly dashboard data
- Answering the general enquiries telephone line
- Welcoming visitors and facilitating a positive experience
- Dealing with MHRA alerts
- Undertaking any other reasonable administration duties at the request of the SMT and your line manager

**Experience / Knowledge / Education / Skills**:

- Strong people skills
- Good organisational skills
- Good IT skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12,500.00 per year
