**Job Overview**:
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for timely and accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of various HSES performance data to internal and external stakeholders
- Data validation and follow up of report status
- Develop analytic models for identifying trends and monitoring performance to facilitate and provide evidence for improved and educated decision making by HSES Leadership Team
- Develop robust and consistent metrics, inclusive of leading & lagging indicators, which provide effective and consistent tracking of HSES performance against the set objectives
- Execution of HSES Activity plan as per established schedules / frequency
- Maintain crisis management portal and assist crisis management teams for administrative & reporting requirements
- Monitor timely issuance of HSES reports inclusive of incident reports and closeout of associated preventive actions
- Monitor area HSES budget utilization and report status
- Initiate training requests as required and maintain records
- Raise requisitions and follow-up delivery
- Arrange business travel booking and necessary passes
- Complete development program as required by McDermott Management Systems
- Other duties connected with the Function, as directed

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- Any Degree or Diploma, or equivalent
- Formal safety training from internationally recognized institutions (e.g., IOSH, OSHA, NEBOSH, NSC)
- General knowledge of statistical data analysis
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills

**Preferred Qualifications and Education**:

- Conversant with ISO standards such as 9001, 14001 or 45001
- Second language advantageous
