My client is a Malden based Construction business with operations scattered across the East Coast.
Job Description
The Contract Specialist reports into the Contracts Manager and will be based Boston. In addition, the role will also support the Chief Risk & Legal Officer and General Counsel. Main duties and responsibilities include the following:
Oversight and administration of Global Subcontract/subcontracting process and all related requirementsSupport to the risk and legal and project teams in the contract negotiation and revision process related to all contracts and agreements and facilitates communications and negotiations with subcontractor, vendors and business partners related to sameSupport and maintenance of all company standard contracting forms, contract libraries, questionnaires and policies and procedures and related databasesReporting, management and tracking of insurance claimsMaintenance and support of the corporate Subcontractor Prequalification Process, weekly Subcontractor Prequalification reporting, including working with vendors and business partners, pre-construction and construction operations teams to identify and establish subcontractors for prequalificationMaintenance and organization of corporate records and filings, licenses, registrations, leases, union agreements and related corporate requirementsSupport of corporate risk management program, including review and assessment of subcontractor and vendor insurance documentation and management of corporate certificate tracking and surety programs and coordination with corporate brokerage teams as needed.Apply today for consideration within 48 hours of application

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience2+ years relevant contract experienceAbility to work in Boston/ Malden 2 to 3 days/ week in office (HYBRID role).What's on Offer
Base salary of $ 85,000 to $ 90,000HYRBID roleCompetitive benefits package
