MUST HAVE MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY INDUSTRY

**Duties**:

- Brochure creation for each property in line with our branding & standards
- Adherance to AML policies & understanding of requirements
- Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support to property managers and leasing agents
- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating and updating property listings

- Previous experience in a property industry office or administrative role essential
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

**Salary**: £21,170.00-£22,183.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
