**Location**

Hybrid Working (one day in RLT office (Tuesdays), based in Kidlington, North Oxford (OX5 2NT)

**Actual salary, pay grade, working weeks/paid weeks full time, permanent etc.**

Grade 8 £29,269 - £32,076 (FTE)

Permanent with the option of working full time or part time (e.g. 4 days per week)

Term time only/all year round

**Main purpose of role**

We are looking for an engaging, motivated and pragmatic HR professional to come and join our team. In this role you will work within the central HR team supporting schools across our Trust to provide the best possible outcomes for all pupils.

**What skills / experience are required **_(essential under KCSIE)_

This busy, varied and interesting role will suit someone with previous HR experience, and a knowledge of Schools (although this is not essential);
