**About Our Client**:
My client based in Kidlington are looking for a HR Administrator to join their HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your HR career. The company offer parking on site and flexible working hours. The role involves onboarding, creating contracts and offer letters, inductions and probation periods and supporting with policies and procedures. They have parking on site and offer hybrid working.
HR Administrator responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end on boarding process
- Being the first point of contact for employees
- Creating contracts and offer letters
- Undertaking inductions with new joiners and owning the probation period process
- Supporting and advising managers and employees on all HR policy and procedures
- Supporting with employee relations and sickness administration
- Updating any employee changes on our HRIS, including payroll related.
- Assist with compliance of all HR documentation
- Ad hoc project support
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Prior HR experience is preferable
- Good knowledge of HR Management systems and Microsoft Office packages - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good attention to detail
- Being able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Good time management and knowing how to prioritise
