Learner Engagement Lead Officer

**About the job**
The Learner Engagement Lead Officer will play an exciting role in the development of a new team who will be working directly with the learners. The role combines strategic development, leadership, and operational delivery of a new programme to support the wellbeing and engagement of learners incorporating EOTAS and the Curriculum for Wales. The officer may work with children, young people and their families who are experiencing challenge and trauma so will need to have a non-judgemental approach, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
