As we transition to the FSO we are on a digital and transformative journey. We are transforming the way that we operate and are in the process of adopting a customer-centric product model, shifting our culture to one that is open, innovative, and team-driven and deploying market leading and first-in-the world technologies to achieve net-zero operability by 2025.

Our transformation programme is extensive and spans several years. We are looking for a talented individual with a passion for facilitating change to play a key role in our Business Change function. We will be recruiting significant numbers of staff, transitioning people and activities from our parent group into the FSO, launching new services, developing new capabilities, and managing a significant group of influential stakeholders. We need an experienced Change Lead to ensure that we deliver the changes seamlessly while continually maintaining engagement and drive in our whole team to achieve our vision.

This role will be based in Warwick or Wokingham. We continue to offer hybrid working from office and home. This is a full-time role, and we offer flexible working arrangements.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Implementing a new vision, purpose, and values for the FSO business together with a significant upscaling of the business
- Transitioning a significant number of people (several hundred) from the parent group into the FSO
- Transitioning a significant number of activities and systems into FSO
- Running the FSO change programme over multiple phases spanning several years and need to sustain momentum and enthusiasm for it
- Upskilling line managers

**This Role Requires**:

- Working within the FSO Programme teams to develop the change management approach and future framework for delivery of change.
- Engaging project leads, stakeholders, sponsors, and SMEs with an agreed change approach to support successful delivery.
- Developing communication and stakeholder plans, training needs analysis and change impact assessments and readiness.
- Providing a view of the level and quality of change activities through governance controls.
- Working with the business to ensure that People impacts are understood, embedded, and sustained.
- Advising senior stakeholders on risks and mitigations to influence project go-no/go decisions.
- Providing coaching and support to line managers, senior stakeholders, and impacted teams on their role in leading and embedding change.

**About You**:

- Experience of large programmes
- Experience of building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Detailed understanding of Business Change Management principles, including effective communications, business engagement and stakeholder management
- Self-starter - able to organise and efficiently plan time in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of the energy sector - in terms of structure, regulatory environment and the short and long-term issues affecting the industry
- Able to co-ordinate change activities across multiple workstreams and business teams

**What You'll Get**:
This role offers a competitive salary between £50,000 - £65,000 per annum dependant on capability. As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
