Paediatric Outpatient Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and hard working person to join the Paediatric administration team across 3 hospital sites at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join this department, this post is a Full time post, offering 5 days a week.
You will be providing effective and efficient clerical and reception support to the Paediatric clinics - ensuring that administration processes meet the needs of all service users. Experience of working in hospitals, is desirable, as is an interest in working with a multidisciplinary teams to ensure services run smoothly.
**The post requires the successful applicant to focus on**:
- Effective delivery of clerical and reception duties for the clinic
- Work closely with administration teams to develop a cohesive and inclusive environment
- Input and maintenance of accurate patient information on Trust information systems.
- Provision of excellent customer service to members of the public and staff who visit or contact the clinic.
- Contribution to positive patient experiences.
- Provide cross cover support to ward admin
To provide effective and efficient clerical and reception support to a designated clinic or clinics, ensuring that administration processes meet the needs of all service users.
