A leading NHS Trust in Central London.

Receptionist and Outpatient Administrator:

- Ensure that patients and their families are provided with an excellent customer.
- Provide an efficient and effective referral management system.
- Co-ordinate and book services for all outpatients and in-patients.
- Accurately book appointments and communicate confirmation to families and consultants.
- Be responsible for processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Ensure a smooth pathway and be responsible for clearly communicating this with departments.
- Answer the phone and follow up action appropriately.
- Ensure the reception desk is covered.

**The Successful Applicant**:
Receptionist and Outpatient Administrator:

- Previous role in the NHS at band 2 or 3
- Excellent customer services skills
- Ability to communicate well at all levels including visitors, patients and staff
- Excellent administration skills
- Reliable and able to ad-hear to the Trust values
- Able to work towards team and Trust targets and goals
- Patient Information System user
- High level of confidentiality
- Patient Information System EPIC and/or Compucare is desirable

- Band 3 - £13 per hour + £2.02 holiday pay per hour = £15.02 per hour
