The Office Administrator will work closely within a small administrative team to ensure the smooth operations of our Leeds site.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Support the team with general administrative tasks
- Answer the telephone
- Assist with payroll administration including dealing with clocking cards and time tracking
- Manage the clocking systems
- Assist with ordering
- Assist with purchase ledger
- Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
- Strong team player
