As Recruitment Administrator for Mountain Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering professional and efficient recruitment and onboarding administration for the business.

**Responsibilities of the Recruitment Administrator** 1.Support with posting job adverts on recruitment websites and social media
4. Record all recruitment on the Onboarding Checklist/ATS system
5. Set-up newly recruited staff onto internal IT systems
6. Support with recruitment fairs and promotional events
9. Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with drafting offer letters
11. Support the production of timely reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Board, Line Managers and Group Head of Healthcare

**Essential Skills**:

- Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
- 1 year within a recruitment or administration role
- Proactive and inquisitive
- Good attention to detail

**Desirable Skills**:

- Excellent phone manner, with strong communication and inter-personal
skills
- A-Levels or equivalent
- Previous experience of using social media to drive applicant engagement
(Including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter)
- Previous experience of posting adverts using online job-boards
- Has a desire to find efficiencies through use of technology
