We are currently looking for a bright, driven and engaging individual to join our team at _**Tate - Home Counties,**_as a **Recruitment Consultant**. This is a great opportunity to become part of the UK's largest recruitment company Impellam.

As _**Recruitment Consultant**_you will ultimately be responsible for:

- Client relationship development and generation, this includes:

- Retaining and growing revenue from existing clients
- Identifying potential clients and building a sales pipeline
- Taking and filling vacancies
- Compliance
- Proven experience within a similar role (preferable but not essential)
- Experience within a business development and client relationship management
- Excellent IT and administrations skills including MS Office suite
- To be self-motivated and results driven
- Ability to work independently and able to use their initiative
- To be resilient and with a drive to succeed
- Affable with an ability to build strong working relationships
- Great attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and structure

Working Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30, you can expect to receive a competitive salary
