You do not need to have worked in a legal environment previously but you do need to be passionate about ensuring our clients are treated fairly and reasonably by their employer.

**What you'll do**:
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients. This can be a difficult time for them and so your guidance will play a huge part in ensuring the process is both reassuring and straightforward.

You'll manage your own case load and as your client’s named Settlement Specialist and look after them for the duration of the process through to settlement completion.

With guidance from our team of expert employment solicitors, you’ll provide specialist employment advice and guidance to clients as appropriate

You'll ensure that the process runs smoothly and that the clients settlement agreement is completed within the correct timescales.

**Required experience**:
This role would ideally suit someone with experience from working within a regulated environment such as a paralegal or a financial services environment (e.g. collections, quality assurance, auditing, personal banking, mortgages) Or someone who has worked within a customer services or administrative position whereby you’ve needed to follow strict compliance/guidelines.
