Client Liaison Lead

Do you want to be part of something that makes a real difference? We are looking for an experienced Client Liaison Lead to work in partnership with our Purchase to Pay team leaders, to design and implement new or improved business processes.
NHS SBS are now the UK's leading provider of business services to the NHS, which include Finance & Accounting, Procurement and Employment Services. The P2P team provide a full accounts payable service to clients from invoice capture right through to payment. During your initial training period you may be required into the office more frequently, however once established in the role you will work from home and travel to our Leeds office once a quarter.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Familiar with P2P systems and practices
- Experience in dealing with customer/client service facing environment
- The ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team, with mínimal management intervention
- Planing and prioritising own workload and the workloads of others
- Analytical thinking, understand and using financial and performance data.
- Strategic thinking, outcome focused, with the ability to see the ‘bigger picture’
- Confident in communicating to others around the business/ to senior managers
- Able to investigate and resolve issues thoroughly, providing root cause analysis
- Effective time management and can work to targets and within set guidelines
- Appreciates/understands the importance of data security in the services provided
- Hold Monthly Client Calls and prepare Client packs
- Responsible for dealing effectively with queries from both internal and external customers
**What you’ll bring**:
- Very strong understanding of relevant ERP system e.g. Oracle D
- Flexible manner and approach
- Passionate about service excellence
**It would be great if you had**:
- Excellent PC skills and familiar with using Microsoft Office packages (particularly Excel and preferably at intermediate level)
