The Senior Acquisition Marketing Executive is an important role in the acquisition marketing team at Tes. They will work closely with both the Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager on the creation and delivery of the acquisition plan to generate sales leads by promoting both Tes verticals and individual products directly to drive interest and lead generation in line with broader business objectives.

**Duties and expectations**:

- Support the acquisition marketing team as required on the creation and delivery of the acquisition plan to generate sales leads by promoting both product verticals as solution spaces and individual products directly to drive interest and purchase intent (lead gen) in line with broader business objectives
- Work with the acquisition and creative teams as required to produce compelling messaging campaigns that generate both quantity and quality leads by product and vertical
- Support the acquisition teams’ work with the PPC team to create paid campaigns that leverage the prospect audiences created through content marketing and generate quality leads
- Support the team’s work with Sales to produce collateral that increases conversion through the funnel
- Support the team’s work with the creative and content teams to create impactful and broad ranging thought leadership content and events by vertical
- Support the culture of continual improvement. Help drive continuous improvement through analytics. Contribute to the monthly reporting so that it improves the business as a whole(broader marketing team, Sales, product)
- Work collaboratively with fellow marketing professionals to support overall Marketing objectives.
- Build positive, empathetic, and respectful relationships with all colleagues.

**Skills & experience**:

- You have at least 2years' experience in working on B2B acquisition campaigns, ideally for a SaaS business
- You have a go-getting attitude and demonstrate a keen desire to learn and contribute
- You have already shown some skills in campaign ideation and copywriting that can turn value propositions into compelling campaign messaging
- You have some understanding of acquisition marketing metrics and can help produce reports that surface the business value of B2B marketing
- You are able to engage with key stakeholders and use data to influence and persuade on your plans as required with calm effectiveness
- You are naturally open-minded, engaging, positive, and helpful.
- You are collaborative and have learnt how to nurture impactful working relationships.
- You know your limitations and areas of development, and actively look to tackle them.
- You see the greater needs of the team.
- You are inquisitive and eager to learn how we constantly improve and grow.
