Marketing Manager

### Job Summary
U&I Search Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join their Commercial/Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and expand the customer base.

### Key Responsibilities

#### 1. Marketing Strategy Development
* Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the brand's commercial objectives, including revenue targets, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
* Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and areas for growth.
* Utilise these insights to inform marketing strategies and guide product development.

#### 2. Team Collaboration
* Partner with Sales, eCommerce, Brand, and Product teams to synchronise marketing efforts with product launches, seasonal promotions, and sales objectives.
* Ensure that every customer interaction, whether online or offline, is seamless, consistent, and positive.
* Focus on building strong relationships, fostering customer loyalty, and driving business growth by delivering value at every stage of the customer journey.

#### 3. Performance Monitoring
* Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
* Use data-driven insights to continuously optimise strategies and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

### Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing manager role or equivalent.
* A proven track record of managing budgets and delivering results.
* Ideally a strong understanding of the women's intimate apparel sector.
* Able to communicate (written and verbally) clearly and concisely at all levels.
* Excellent team player who can collaborate and work effectively alongside colleagues and suppliers.
* Strong commercial acumen.
