Marketing Strategy Lead

We are seeking a Marketing Strategy Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth and visibility for RWS Group. The focus will be on positioning RWS as the leading AI-enabled global content services provider for SMB and mid-market clients. The strategy should emphasize RWS's unique value proposition—AI-driven solutions that simplify content localization, translation, and global expansion for businesses seeking to enhance their international presence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the localization or language services industry. They will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, as well as experience with CRM and marketing automation tools. The Marketing Strategy Lead will work closely with the SCS marketing team and Group marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

The role involves developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to resonate with target audiences, drive engagement, generate leads, and increase sales. The candidate will also oversee the development of high-quality marketing content, including case studies, blog posts, videos, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth and visibility for RWS Group
  • Emphasize RWS's unique value proposition—AI-driven solutions that simplify content localization, translation, and global expansion
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to resonate with target audiences, drive engagement, generate leads, and increase sales
  • Oversee the development of high-quality marketing content, including case studies, blog posts, videos, and social media content
  • Work closely with the SCS marketing team and Group marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the localization or language services industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
