We are seeking a positive, polite, and people-oriented Front of House/Receptionist to join our dedicated team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter the salon.
- Handle phone inquiries, appointment scheduling, and confirmations with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage the salon's reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with our hairstylists and other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable salon experience for clients.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of salon services, products, and promotions to effectively communicate and upsell to clients.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and gift card transactions.
- Manage retail inventory and assist clients with product selection, offering guidance based on their individual needs.
- Assist with general salon administrative tasks, including record-keeping, filing, and managing client profiles.
- Adhere to salon policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and upholding our commitment to excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a salon, spa, or hospitality environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude, consistently representing the salon's brand and values.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate appointment scheduling and timely follow-ups.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including weekends.
