Front Office Administrative Assistant

Cromhall Refinishing Limited is a Hyundai approved car body repair and classic car restoration specialists. We are built on reputation, over the years we have developed a fantastic local quality service for Thornbury and the surrounding areas. Established in 1998, we have over 20 years of experience within the trade.
Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic & experienced admin assistant to assist the managing director & team. It is a full time position, based in the office in Thornbury Bristol. This role is fundamental to the running of the business day to day both in & out of the office. We are looking for someone that is highly organised, works well under pressure, can multi-task, well disciplined & focused. Customer service & office experience is crucial, with strong administrative & communication skills. Someone that is pro-active that can work with our current team in a fast paced environment. Experience within the motor industry is not essential but would be advantageous. Knowledge of Xero is not essential but would be advantageous.
Role Requirements:

- Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft package

- Understanding of basic health & safety, workshop equipment checks
- Understanding of invoicing & basic use of accounting software (Xero)
Role Responsibilities/Day to day tasks:
- Assisting with repair estimates & sending to customers
- Liaising with suppliers for parts, materials etc.
- Ordering stock, office stationary & supplies
- Check deliveries
- Vehicle checks & issuing job cards
- Invoicing & taking payments for complete jobs
- Diary management for confirmed jobs
- Deal with incoming & outgoing post
- Liaising with body shop manager for smooth running
- Maintain & improve processes for smooth running
- Filing
- Up keep of the Front office so it is presentable for customers
- Support the managing director as needed
- Ad-hoc duties as required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
