We are working with a long standing client of Si recruitment located in Kirkby Lonsdale who is looking to appoint a skilled administrator on a full time permanent basis from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the preparation of budgets
- Diary management and arranging meetings
- Assisting with all ongoing projects
- Reception duties including answering the telephone, dealing with queries, redirecting calls as necessary and taking messages; greeting visitors; managing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments where necessary
- Opening and distribution of incoming post; delivering outgoing post to local po office/franked mail post box
- Photocopying, scanning, archiving & electronic filing
- Invoicing using Sage Coretime
- Assisting the Director to manage the office on a day-to-day basis including facilities management, ordering stationery, undertaking fire checks and managing petty cash etc.

Key Skills:

- Audio typing skills to a high standard are essential
- General knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good standard of written English writing
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Good level of numeracy with attention to detail
- Able to prioritise your own work load whilst using your own initiative
- Posess a positive outlook
- Experience within a professional services organisation preferred, but not essential
