- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday -8am - 5pm - £22,000

- The Noticing Administratorwill report to the Noticing Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that all works are registered, and our teams meet the noticing requirements.
- Providing administrative support to the Noticing Team
- Ensuring start/stops are issued correctly.
- Maintaining a weekly log of office and field staff (update if job finishes earlier/extended)
- Checking jobs on the systems used. Good level of IT skills and MS packages
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work in a team, with a can-do attitude.

Be educated to a Level 4+ (C+) in Math’s and English

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
