Our Administrators here at Change Grow Live play an integral part in supporting the team in our mission, proving administrative and clerical support to our teams enabling them to focus on delivering our services, ensuring our service users receive the help and support they need to achieve their goals. Acting as our first point of contact our Admin team are the face of our service, speaking with our service users face to face and via the telephone, are non-judgemental, empathetic and want to make a real difference to people’s lives.

Your daily roles and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;
- To provide effective administrative support to the Knowsley Integrated Recovery team.
- Offer administrative and clerical services to the team designed to contribute towards its aims and objectives.
- You will be expected to take responsibility for personal development, identifying personal training needs and participate in regular supervision and appraisal.
- Be the first point of contact within the service.
- Ensure that telephone calls and visits from service users, outside agencies and CGL staff are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Complete effective processing of correspondence/data entry as required.
- Ensure that all admin, record-keeping, and communication within the project are maintained.
- Minute take at partnership and clinical meetings as required.
- Collate, monitor, and report data/information and statistics as required.
- Maintain and assist with the setting up of a general filing system within the project and carry out photocopying as required.
- Monitor and order office stationery/requirements.
- Full training will be given and you will be required to work flexibly within an agreed number of hours to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision.

At Change Grow Live as Administrator Apprentice you will be working towards the Business Admin Level 3 apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months.- Requirements and Prospectus**Desired Skills**

Knowledge of general office procedures IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets and data entry Solid numeric skills Confident and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing

A mature, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards service users
Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team
Good organisational skills
The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality
