**EQUANS are recruiting for a Business Admin Apprentice to be based in Oldham. This is a fixed term full-time role (36 months) working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.***
**General Overview**
A person willing to learn and actively develop their knowledge, skills and experience to complete the relevant qualifications to deliver an effective administration service, supporting the various teams including Repairs, Voids and planned Maintenance.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Must be dependable and attend work / college without exception
- Be actively involved in the learning, personal development, and apprenticeship training
- Work as part of a team.
- Provide an efficient, courteous and professional service to all customers via the telephone
- Assist the planners in booking appointments with customers
- Liaise with trade operative regarding repairs progress
- Update Castleton Maintain on jobs progress and completion
- Maintain confidentiality of private and confidential information
- Provide copying/printing and scanning services
- Any other reasonable management request
