**About the role**

Your role as Technical Services Administrator is integral to the Service Office team, working closely with the Technical Services Manager to provide essential support, customer report writing and other service related duties.

**In this role your key responsibilities will include**:▪

▪ Service report writing

▪ Arranging engineer site visits, callouts, commissioning and warranty calls

▪ Technical support calls from customers and engineers

▪ Assist with customer complaints relating to technical issues/invoices

▪ Liaison with other departments to deliver service related tasks

▪ Undertake relevant training courses as required

▪ Preparing technical remedial works quotations

▪ Other duties associated with your role

Essential qualifications, experience and skills for the role:
▪ Knowledge of pumps and pressurised systems

▪ Computer literate with Microsoft Office

▪ Organised and self-motivated

▪ Attention to detail

▪ Customer focused

▪ Commercial awareness

▪ A pleasant and friendly “can do” attitude
