Coordinator/administrator

Sweetbriar Ltd is a progressively leading water hygiene treatment company based in Chandlers Ford.
We are in need of an experienced coordinator/administrator to join our existing team who who has the experience from a previous service industry to take on our scheduling responsibilities and work with our engineers on a daily basis in line with our set procedures as well as perform other administrative duties where required.
**Duties will include but not limited to**:
- Schedule works in advance for attendance to our customers sites.
- Schedule works to meet financial targets.
- React to daily pressures that may impact the validity of the schedule and amend accordingly.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner and deal effectively with customer queries or direct them to the appropriate individuals.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, updating of trackers.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using zero where required or to cover accounts person.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Xero or other accounting software is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
