We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team in Eastleigh, supporting individuals in our supported living service. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety of our residents by effectively deploying care delivery colleagues and administering relevant documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the care delivery team
- Ensure administration is undertaken in line with regulations and legislation
- Conduct live call monitoring using bespoke software
- Be the first point of contact for day-to-day operational requirements
We are looking for candidates with experience in Health & Social Care, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent customer service skills. Prior experience in an administration role is also essential.
