We are currently recruiting for an experienced Talent & HR Coordinator to join an evolving, growing, and dynamic company who have locations in Scotland and London

Although the role is remote, the HR team are based in Inverness, so ideally you will live driving distance from here to enable you to meet up occasionally for project plans and social gatherings

This pioneering management consultancy are business transformation specialists and offer an array of management and leadership programs, including change management, and learning solutions

including employee engagement whilst focusing on happiness and wellbeing in the workplace

This is a brand-new role & a great opportunity to make a big impact in the role and company, collaborating closely with the HR Manager in regard to recruitment projects, recruitment strategies, Talent Acquisition, along with a balance of HR admin functionduties too.

The role will be varied and busy and will cover the following duties

**Talent acquisition duties**:

- Full cycle recruitment, across all office; London, Scotland, Stoke and Manchester
- Writing job specs
- Advertising on various platforms
- Liaising with specific agencies regarding set roles
- Holding interviews and delivering feedback
- Sending out offer letters and contracts
- Right to work and reference checks
- Onboarding for new starters and inductions where necessary

**HR duties**:

- Recording employee data on in house HR information system
- Scheduling 1:1’s with London Management team for staff appraisals
- HR admin duties such as generating reports
- Supporting the HR Manager on projects, and any other HR related duties

There is also the opportunity of further study with this role, if desired.
