We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our People Services Team as HR Advisor supporting our South Division. This role will provide the opportunity to work closely with our HR operations team to support the delivery of the Company's people strategy, divisional people plan, and operational people priorities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert HR advice, guidance, and support to managers on all people-related issues, including employee relations, adherence to policies and processes, and assisting with key projects. They will also have the opportunity to assist with the management of sickness absence across the Division and support HRBPs with the delivery of training across the division.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and driven individual with extensive experience in an HR advisory capacity, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing expert HR advice, guidance, and support to managers on all people-related issues
  • Working closely with the HR operations team to support the delivery of the Company's people strategy, divisional people plan, and operational people priorities
  • Assisting with key projects, including the management of sickness absence across the Division
  • Supporting HRBPs with the delivery of training across the division

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Extensive experience within an HR advisory capacity
  • Sound knowledge and awareness of employment law and legislation
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
