**What is this role of a Labourer?**

You will be working under the supervision of a Build or Installation team leader on ATM Installation sites throughout the UK. Common working environments will range from construction sites, petrol filling stations, supermarkets, hospitals and colleges through to independently owned shops and food retailers.

**What will I be doing as a Labourer?**
- Working as part of a two man team away from home for time periods of up to one week in length.
- Supporting your Build/ATM Installation supervisor you will be carrying our general build and shop-fitting works preparing sites for the installation of ATMs.
- Work in cooperation with Electrician colleagues and specialist sub-contractors (glaziers, roller shutter engineers etc.).
- Setting up a safe working environment on site and working within site specific and general Health & Safety guidelines. Follow the instructions laid out in method statements and risk assessments.
- Accepting delivery of ATM’s from couriers and manoeuvring the ATM into position on site.
- Installation of ATM plinths and enclosures in line with set-out drawings and engineering service clearances.
- Assist with the weekly loading/un-loading of works van with materials and tools required for the week’s planned works - communicate and co-operate with Build Supervisors and Warehouse/Stores staff to complete the task.
- Weekly washing/tidying of works van.
- Contacting office for assistance as and when required and completion of site paperwork.

**What Will I Need to Succeed as a Labourer?**
- Health & Safety training - CSCS Card Holder.
- Full UK Driving Licence (Clean).
- UKPIA-SPA Petrol Forecourt training (Desired but not essential).
- Experience working in commercial environments and on construction sites.
- Ability to accurately complete site paperwork (Sign off Sheets, Method Statement/Risk Assessments etc.).
- Well-presented individual with the ability to communicate clearly with supervisor, office and site contacts.
- Physically fit individual with good manual handling skills - experience using hydraulic pallet trucks beneficial competent user of standard 110V and battery powered hand tools including drills, jigsaws, grinders, etc.
- Training and/or demonstrable good working knowledge of a wide range of general building processes including (but not limited to) dry-lining, ground-works, glazing systems, installation of doors, etc.
