For this reason, we're looking for a talented Creative Strategist, someone who can be trusted with producing creative strategies for current clients and new business to join our team.

**Overview of the role**

As our creative strategist you’ll come up with smart creative approaches to new business pitches and solving our client’s communication and campaign challenges. You will report to the Head of Strategy, and work alongside account, paid, strategy and creative departments to collaborate and work together to problem solve for our clients.

You’ll be responsible for helping to conceive, deliver and present head-turning ideas that are grounded in market and audience insight. Experienced in digital marketing, you’ll be ready to make ambitious, useful, emotive and memorable creative work in a range of different sectors and media (through-the-line campaigns to tiktok and social content plans).

This role is for someone with brilliant creative thinking ability, impressive communication skills, high creative and design standards, and a flair for inspiring everyone to see a creative way forward, especially clients seeking creative leadership from Influence Digital. Creative strategy is core to what we do. You’ll actively help identify and win our next round of projects too, inspiring new clients to pursue bold ideas and helping existing ones take their best next steps. With key agency experience, general training will be given as part of the role.

*Sorry this role is not applicable to recent graduates or those in a junior marketing position, experience is a must for this role.*

**About you**
- Ideally 3-5+ years in a creative strategy/ strategy position where you had to pitch and develop creative ideas as part of the role
- Works well in small teams and can pivot between clients and projects easily
- Collaborative team player and a creative problem solver
- Has experience working in creative and digital agencies, understands the creative process and how agile teams operate
- Has experience pitching and being part of pitch teams to develop proposals
- Used to wearing lots of hats, and likes to get stuck in to the doing as well as the thinking
- Has a creative mindset - and has a creative portfolio to demonstrate that you've got the strategic and creative experience

**Be Analytical**
- Interrogating and building briefs - Digesting and unpacking challenges and translating them into creative briefs.
- Digital Landscape & Innovation. Strong digital and social media instinct and understanding. Finger on the pulse of moving trends and innovation, experienced in proposing how a campaign can be activated across digital or OOH.

**Be Creative**
- Need to be able to develop creative territories and concepts using strategy and insight
- Building proposals. Designing and writing powerful presentations & pitch decks that are visually stunning.
- Strong imagination to come up with original, creative ideas.
- Understanding what good looks like in execution and inspiring the team to surpass expectations
- Natural creative problem-solver - just because it hasn’t been done before doesn’t mean we can’t do it
- A bonus would be a proficient level in Adobe Creative Suite products, but a basic understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator and/ or InDesign would be okay too
