We are seeking a talented and dynamic **Creative Strategist** to join our team at Merlin Magic Making. Based at our office in County Hall, London, this is a 6-month fixed-term contract; with a strong possibility of extension, offering you the chance to make a lasting impact on our projects and our company.

**About the Role...**

Reporting to the Global Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the creative strategy for our key initiatives. Your main objectives will be to synthesise the possibilities and opportunities our brand or attraction holds, and effectively articulate them for the Creative team. By developing informed and inspiring creative briefs, you will open up new and innovative creative territories for exploration.

Additionally, your role will involve providing rich consumer insights to drive innovative solutions to business problems. You will communicate the strategy within the context of our business and brand, guiding and challenging the creative development process to ensure experiences and attractions are on brief and meet project delivery demands. Your ability to sell the strategy, backed by confidence and conviction, will be instrumental in the success of our projects.

You will also play a vital role in guiding teams across the business through the strategic process and ensuring realistic KPIs are included in briefs and reviewed in post-project evaluations.

**About You...**
- Experience working as a creative strategist within a creative agency or organisation.
- Understanding of brand and creative concepts.
- Ability to lead creative briefings and ideation sessions, pushing the team to deliver exceptional creative output.
- Ability to work at a fast pace on multiple competing projects.
- Working knowledge of Mac or PC and relevant systems for data and media requirements.

Your practical and systematic approach to project work, combined with your proactive attitude and intense curiosity about the world, people, brands, and business, will be invaluable in driving our creative endeavours. Clear communication skills, adaptability to different working styles, and the ability to sell your strategy with confidence and conviction are key traits we are seeking.
