We are pleased to be offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the eRostering Team.

This role will provide a full and efficient administrator support to the Nursing & Midwifery eRostering Team. This team has responsibility across the whole Organisation, linking in with Ward/Department Managers/Rostering Leads/Staff to effectively support the Healthroster systems across clinical wards and departments.

The post holder will act as the first line of contact for the team and be able to resolve queries in a timely manner. The post holder will bring with you excellent communication skills and be able to liaise effectively at all levels of the Organisation.

Main duties of the job

On a day to day basis the post holder will provide administration support with a focus on several key areas including:
Administrative support to the eRostering Team Lead and team.

Actioning requests and answering queries from the eRostering Helpdesk.

Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and resources.

Compile compliance reports from the system, delivering them to the Organisation on an agreed schedule.

Support our customers to get the best use from the Healthroster suite and feedback to the team to develop training delivery.

- Experience of working in a specialised team
- Has had exposure to PRINCE 2 documentation and methodology

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
