We are looking to hire a Senior HR Business Partner to provide an exceptional level of HR delivery and partnering service to internal stakeholders and associated third party suppliers, based in Nottingham.

The role itself requires someone who is an experienced HR Business Partner, with a background working in a fast-paced commercial environment. You will need to be educated to degree level with a minimum of Level 5 CIPD qualification.

LOCATION: Nottingham (3 days office based, 2 days at home)

In this role you’ll be:

- Reskilling and upskilling by identifying training needs, aligning with the T&D function on training programs to support their business objectives.
- Providing support with strategic workforce planning initiatives to ensure that the workforce is the right size, cost, shape and is agile enough for the future.
- Supporting in identifying, selecting and developing key talent to fill all critical areas in the business.
- Conducting weekly or biweekly meetings with business leaders and providing HR advice as needed.
- Providing guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and procedures.
- Conducting day-to-day performance management guidance with line managers. This could include coaching, poor performance, mentoring opportunities and career planning.
- Helping line managers deal with people and drive positive change.
