- Supervise the credit control function and team within the organisation.
- Implement and maintain effective credit control policies and procedures.
- Manage the collection of debts and ensure timely payments.
- Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards.
- Liaise with clients regarding outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to align credit policies.
- Assist with auditing activities as required.
- Contribute to the overall goals of the non-profit sector through diligent financial management.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Credit Controller should have:

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a credit control or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of credit-related laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- A strong commitment to the values and mission of the non-profit sector.
