**About Portfolio Credit Control**
We are a reputable Professional Services business that has experienced significant growth over the past few years. As a result, we are expanding our finance team and seeking an experienced Assistant Management Accountant to join our organically grown organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed reconciliations between our sales system and invoices issued each month.
- Analyze underlying sales data and assist in improving the quality and accuracy of new and historic data.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Conduct detailed reconciliation and review of control accounts.
- Assist in the completion of customer invoicing processes and reconciliation of data.
- Utilize our suite of systems (Salesforce and Dimensions) to perform analysis and comparison.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to work smarter and with greater control.
- Assist with day-to-day finance operations.
- Cleanse and maintain accurate financial data.
**Requirements**
- Confident in liaising with internal stakeholders.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role.
- A hard-working individual who is proactive and willing to go above and beyond.
